Join us as we learn with national faith and health leaders Gary Gunderson, Teresa Cutts, Bonnie Condon, Gerald Winslow, and more!

Those who attend live will receive a free copy of Stakeholder Health: Insights from New Systems of Health.

The Stakeholder Health movement is not one practice or innovation. It is something more fundamental. The belief that decent, efficient, and effective health care is possible, if we join partners at community scale.

Meeting Purpose

  • Introduce the Stakeholder Health movement
  • Discuss how partnership between health care systems and public health can work towards improving community health outcomes
  • Share innovative projects highlighted in the Stakeholder Health Book such as: ACA Navigators/ Community Health Workers, Trauma Resilience, Mapping and Mental Health
  • Identify opportunities for further collaborative action—locally, regionally, and nationally

This meeting is an opportunity for health systems in the Midwest to learn about and join the Stakeholder Health movement and to begin to identify opportunities for forward-leaning partnerships that fundamentally improve the health and quality of life in the communities we serve.

Who Should Attend? Local Health Departments, Hospital Systems, Community Based Organizations, Faith-Based Institutions

This event will be first event for celebrating the release of the book Stakeholder Health: Insights from New Systems of Health edited by Teresa Cutts and Jim Cochrane.
